I have my PC VGA converted to RCA (Video) using AVLINK (startech.com). I'm only getting 640 x 480 all my TV. The AVLINK technians assure me that it can handle resolution higher than 1024 x 768.

Can someone confirm if a PC connected to a media caster can handle 1024 x 768 and higher.

I use to have a PC caster but it broke. I decided just to use a media caster since I just need to project. I don't remember if I'm having problem with the resolution when I was using a PC caster

Thank your for any...

Not sure I understand your question, but the MediaCaster has one output to connect to the network and optionally an AV coax output to connect to a TV. Take a look here: http://myavcast.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=114...

The temperature range for the MediaCaster is 0 C to 50 C so I would venture to guess that the CableCaster is somewhere around that range. Not absolutely sure though....

Send support at myavcast a diagram of your layout if you're still having this problem. See if you can get any insight into what's going on. I haven't heard of this problem before....

I have a simple set up TiVo HD with OTA Digital channels, with AV out to the caster then 2 other TVs in the home with IR casters. Every once and a while I will start getting strange interference on the TiVo channel when I use any remotes on the remote sites. Also this interference starts dropping all of the live OTA signal on all channels. I have to then unplug something, or everything, from power for a while and it goes away for a day or two. I’m sure its all installed correctly. Any thoughts?...

I am looking for a simple solution to view my downstairs living room's TiVo HD in my upstairs bedroom on a non-HD set. From product shots I can't see what types of inputs this device uses? Is there an input only for coaxial cables, or can I connect composite or HDMI cables to it?

Also, I do not need this on all TVs in my house. Is there a solution where I just go:

Living Room TV w/Tivo HD ->
myAVcast (media caster) ->
run cable from device to bedroom ->
CableCaster ->
bedroom TV

Hope this ...

The system is new. IR Caster and Emitter work great using Tivo as source. Have tried varying placement of Emitter w/o result when swapping source to Wii.

A little digging produced this fact:

The revolutionary Wii wireless controller includes a three-axis motion sensor. As well as having motion sensing hardware in the controller, the Wii remote looks for 2 dots of infrared light coming from the sensor bar (this is actually a light emitter, not a sensor) placed on top of your TV. This allows it to wo...
