Checks and money order orders are accepted through US mail orders. A PDF version of the order form is available. Orders made by personal check will be shipped after the check has cleared. Print the order form and mail to:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, generally on the day received, or within 24 hours. We will only ship to confirmed addresses in the US and Canada.

We do not accept or ship any orders outside the US and Canada. If you are outside the US or Canada and are interested in purchasing quantities of 6 or more units, please send us an e-mail.
Carriers
- Most orders within the continental US are shipped via UPS ground delivery. Some small orders will be shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation for tracking.
- All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard.
- All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are shipped UPS.
